RISMEDIA:

Cutler Real Estate, formerly known as CUTLER/GMAC Real Estate, announced it is no longer affiliated with the GMAC franchise and will move forward as an independent firm with a new logo and slogan, to emphasize the company’s local foundation and operations.

“Our new corporate identity, and our slogan, ‘The Simple Way Home,’ will be promoted through billboard, newspaper and radio advertising,? said Jim Camp, who along with Jim Bray and Jay Cutler holds principal ownership of the company. “Cutler has always been a local company, committed to the communities we serve, and our new brand identity reflects that. Our new slogan is an expression of our dedication to making the complex process of a real estate transaction as simple as possible for our clients – buying or selling.?

Cutler, which has 14 offices in Summit, Portage, Stark, Medina and Wayne counties, has grown significantly over the last 20 years. The company is now able to independently provide many of the services the national franchise had been supplying. Cutler is a full-service real estate firm, providing mortgage and title services through Title One, which is wholly owned and operated by Cutler, and Mortgage One, a joint venture of Cutler and Wells Fargo.
