Wichita Business Journal:

The nation’s largest franchisee of Pizza Hut restaurants, has settled with the U.S. Department of Justice over alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Under the settlement, Pittsburg, Kan.-based NPC, which operates about 800 Pizza Hut restaurants in 25 states, agreed to make its restaurants accessible to people with disabilities. NPC was founded by businessman and former Kansas gubernatorial candidate Gene Bicknell.

The Justice Department had conducted compliance reviews of several of the restaurants and discovered ADA violations, according to a news release.

The settlement covers parking lots, entrances, seating areas, restrooms, self-service counters and other spaces.
