Sagittarius Brands has wrapped up its purchase of Del Taco, a deal that puts the company’s total restaurant count at 1,000.
Terms of the acquisition weren’t released. Nashville-based Sagittarius, which also owns Captain D’s Seafood, also has named Del Taco executive Ronald Petty as the chief of its new store development activities.Sagittarius financial backers Grotech Capital and Charles Bank Capital Partners provided funding for the deal as did Leonard Green & Partners LP and Stockwell Capital.
