My daughter and I went to the Westroads mall in Omaha Nebraska and purchased a flat-iron hair straightener Invoice #35798 for $130.00. My daughter wasn't sure if she would like the skinner iron and the lady who waited on us said if she didn't then she could bring it back with the receipt and get a full refund for it. Well, she did not care for it and went to take it back and the manager there said we could not return it. I was there and the lady who waited on us said that we could. The manager was rather snotty to my daughter and said maybe we could sell it on e-bay and that she would not refund us the money or credit it to my credit card account. This is bad business and I am very disappointed in your service. Please take care of this for us---it leaves a bad attitude toward your company. Let me know what we can do further to clear this matter up.
