Brinker International Inc. has signed franchise and development agreements with two new partners to develop 11 new locations over the next few years, including the company’s first Chili’s Grill & Bar and Romano’s Macaroni Grill locations in Montana.
Under the development agreements, Shoot the Moon will develop seven new locations over the next five years, including the Montana locations, which will give Dallas-based Brinker restaurants in 50 states. Also under the deal, Shoot the Moon acquires seven corporate-owned Chili’s restaurants in Washington and Idaho.
Bighorn Associates, the other new partner, bought one company-owned restaurant in Cheyenne, Wyo., and committed to developing four more Chili’s locations in the surrounding area.
Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed, and further details about the two new partners were unavailable.
