Todd Evans, Vice President, Franchising for Aaron’s Sales & Lease ownership, officially announced the launch of “Inside Aaron’s,� the company’s talk-show formatted program designed to inform, excite and motivate franchisees and store personnel.
Hosted by Ken Butler, Aaron’s president, “Inside Aaron’s� is produced at the company’s new 4,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, in-house television studio which includes five sets, seating for a live audience and a virtual classroom for training and product demonstrations.
“The studio gives us the technology to strengthen communications with our franchisees, and we’ve created ‘Inside Aaron’s’ as a Letterman-esque way to deliver more timely news and information,� said Evans. “We’re getting great feedback from our franchisees because they feel more connected while improving the product knowledge and service quality of their associates.�
“Inside Aaron’s� is shot digitally, recorded on DVD and sent to more than 1,220 stores in 46 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. “We’re already working to speed delivery of the feed via a secure internet download viewable on an in-store TV wall,� said Evans. “We’re all about constant innovation to support our franchisees and to dominate the markets in which they compete.�
