Todd Evans, Vice President, Franchising for Aaron’s Sales & Lease ownership, officially announced the launch of “Inside Aaron’s,? the company’s talk-show formatted program designed to inform, excite and motivate franchisees and store personnel.
Hosted by Ken Butler, Aaron’s president, “Inside Aaron’s? is produced at the company’s new 4,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, in-house television studio which includes five sets, seating for a live audience and a virtual classroom for training and product demonstrations.
“The studio gives us the technology to strengthen communications with our franchisees, and we’ve created ‘Inside Aaron’s’ as a Letterman-esque way to deliver more timely news and information,? said Evans. “We’re getting great feedback from our franchisees because they feel more connected while improving the product knowledge and service quality of their associates.?
“Inside Aaron’s? is shot digitally, recorded on DVD and sent to more than 1,220 stores in 46 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. “We’re already working to speed delivery of the feed via a secure internet download viewable on an in-store TV wall,? said Evans. “We’re all about constant innovation to support our franchisees and to dominate the markets in which they compete.?
