Previously, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? relied on one person to manually administer time off requests, accruals and balances on excel spreadsheets and paper-based systems. With exponential growth of more than 1,500 employees in 247 locations worldwide, maintenance of time off requests and balances proved to be labor-intensive and prone to inaccuracies. As a result, approval cycles became a drawn-out process.
