Crye-Leike Realtors is opening its 100th office in Duluth, Ga., at the end of June, adding to the company’s Atlanta metro market operations, which started in 2005.
Memphis-based Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in the area, will have two branch offices in the Atlanta market with the opening of the Duluth office. The new location, which will be located at 3170 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., will serve as the temporary regional headquarters until another facility is constructed.
Associates in the Dultuth office will focus on buyers and sellers in DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall and other Atlanta-area counties.
In a statement addressing the significance of the 100th office opening, CEO Harold Crye said the new office marks an important milestone for Crye-Leike.
