
Lenny’s Franchisor LLC announced expansion of the sandwich shop brand in Nevada and California with a total of 41 new restaurants in the western states.The Memphis-based sub shop chain will open in three new markets with locations in Reno, Lake Tahoe and Sacramento. JCP Renascent Group, a group of investors from Sacramento and Lake Tahoe, will open the new locations. JCP has the rights to Sacramento, El Dorado and Placer counties in California and Washoe, Carson and Douglas counties in Nevada.”This is a landmark agreement for us and is going to open even more doors for Lenny’s in the West,” said George Alvord, CEO of Lenny’s Franchisor LLC, in a statement. “The future of Lenny’s Sub Shop is with franchisees like JCP in California and Nevada.” Lenny’s food quality and franchise support were the reasons JCP Partners decided to open the franchises in California and Nevada.
Both regions are growth markets, with Sacramento ranking as one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S.
