Bradenton-based Peach’s Rise & Dine Restaurants has awarded a development agreement for a minimum of 50 locations in Ohio to Buckeye Peach’s LLC of Columbus.
It will also open a new location in Sarasota at the Landings Shopping Center, a release said. The Ohio agreement with Buckeye Peach’s LLC, is led by Michael Stasko, a 30-year veteran of providing equipment, design and smallwares to national and regional foodservice chains.
The first Ohio location for the breakfast-lunch restaurant, which has 10 locations on Florida’s Gulf Coast, will be in Columbus near Grandview, a suburb, the company said. It is expected to open in December.
The Peach’s Rise & Dine franchise initiative is targeting individual owner-operators and successful, multiple-unit franchisees that want to add the breakfast-lunch category to their mix.
