Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors, has announced the signing of its 250th franchise office. The company launched its first independently owned and operated franchise office in January 2002 and now claims more than 5,400 affiliated sales associates in 23 states.
