Pyaterochka To Buy Retail Chains From Franchisees

Pyaterochka Holding N.V. which controls Perekriostok retail chain intends to buy a number of chains from its franchisee, the holding’s CFO Vitaly Podolsky said today. He added that the company was not planning to purchase all its chains in the near future. Also, the company will stop selling franchises in the regions where Pyaterochka and Perekriostok are present or where the company intends to develop actively.
