AARD Regional Vice President Mike Rose has been tagged to head up the Phoenix office with a focus on growing the Across America pipeline in the Southwestern U.S.
Mr. Rose brings over 30 years of relationships in the real estate development business particularly in restaurants. He has held senior positions with Dairy Queen International, Sambo’s, General Mills Restaurant Group, and most recently was Vice President of Development for IHOP Corporation. Mike was also a member of the start up team at Arthur Treachers Fish and Chips working with Dave Thomas in developing the initial Wendy’s concept. Before joining AARD Mr. Rose was President of REX Development Group a real estate development consulting firm who represented operators of concepts such as Chili’s, Macaroni Grill, Corner Bakery, Maggiano’s and On The Border. Mr. Rose’s track record encompasses more than 6,000 restaurant projects on a domestic and international level.
