The Houston-based gourmet ice cream franchisor has unveiled a new national campaign, based on comprehensive customer research, that includes a complete redesign of all in-store signage and collateral materials.
The new look features photography that includes extreme close-up shots of the ice cream and specialty products. The message focuses on the ingredients, and the fact that its ice cream is homemade in each store.In addition, ice cream flavor labels were redesigned to include a brief description of each flavor and convey a message about freshness and quality.
