Fast track recruitment agency, Executives Online, has signed up its first overseas franchisee as part of its strategy to drive expansion internationally and meet growing demand for its services.
Steve Rattray is to head up Executives Online Australia, with headquarters in Sydney.
Rattray, a native Australian, plans to build a successful recruitment business, but also to license the database to HR consultancies, training companies and other partners who will use it as a platform to support their own recruitment operations.
With a background in sales and business development management he has an extremely solid foundation of relevant experience on which to build an online recruitment business. For the past twenty years he has been a contract manager, involved in a variety of industry sectors including information and sports technologies, e systems marketing, digital asset management, virtual office solutions and team development.
