The Financial:

Industry fund CARE Super is thinking laterally on how to reach potential members after it signed a sponsorship agreement with the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA), an association that represents the country’s $128 billion franchising industry.

“This alliance partnership marks the start of a long-term relationship with a strong sector in the economy, and we welcome the opportunities it provides for both CARE Super and the franchise community,? said CARE Super’s chief executive Julie Lander.

The Australian franchising sector is growing steadily and boasts over 960 franchise systems and more than 600,000 employees. CARE Super can provide services to a broad variety of franchise businesses as it already provides superannuation for those in professional, managerial, administrative and service occupations across many industries.
