Rockin’ Baja Lobster Expands In Four New States

Newport Beach, CA — Rockin’ Baja Lobster Restaurant and Beach Bar, the San Diego based chain of rockin’ fun Baja Mexico-style cantinas recently signed a multi-unit franchise deal with L & D properties. Owners, Mr. and Mrs. Quandt will build Rockin’ Baja Lobster restaurants in four Southern states—Alabama, Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi. The first restaurant is scheduled to open in the Gulfport-Biloxi, Mississippi area by the end of 2007.
