today i had a taste for something different so i decided to try lennys i had not had it for awhile the food was great as usual but the service i received today was trouble,i recevied every sandwich and salad i ordered i did not receive my cookies and when i called back i were rudly told over and over that i did get them, a lie do not have to be told about 4 cookies but iam a customer and i want to be treated like a customer,i will not stop eating lenny s but i will never again visit the one on 5643 e shelb dr memphis,tn ever again,i live in arkansas and the clerks in that lennys is always pleasant and that is the way of them should be.i just wanted you to know my experience i had in one of your lennys today and will continue to eat there but i just wanted to be treated like a customer who cares.
