Hello-

I have had several problems with the machine in Long Island City on 50th street off of \vernon. Yesterday, after the maching continuously spit my movie out and would not accept my return I banged the countertop out of frustration...not that hard, I was just annoyed.

The man who owns the store immediatly came out of his office followed by his girlfriend screaming he was going to kick my ass, he would kill me if I cam back to his store and he was going to charge my card double...He continously screamed at me and raised his hands as if he was going to hit me. He was being restrained by his girlfriend and I had to call the police. What kind of lunatics are you trusting with your franchise. I will make it my mission to make sure everyone in my building knows how this man assaulted me. I will spread the word until he is out of business.
