Franchise Business Review, a Kittery, ME-based franchise marketing and research firm, announced today the launch of its second annual study of franchise owner satisfaction. The robust project will research franchisee satisfaction nationwide, broken down by industry segments, regions, and system size. Companies with the highest levels of owner satisfaction will receive awards upon the completion of the study, which will be released in February at the International Franchise Association Convention in Las Vegas.
The Franchise Business Review study will ask franchise owners 20 questions related to their franchise ownership experience. The questions cover a range of issues including franchisee training and support, system quality, franchisor–franchisee relations, financial opportunity and overall satisfaction.
