Your Time Fitness

They know in today’s busy lifestyle that “working out” needs to be designed to fit Their Customers schedule, not the retail schedule of the store owners. Many “baby boomers” don’t want to be restricted in the times they chose to get in shape, they want a location where they feel safe and secure.

The fitness industry is over a $75 Billion Industry and is expanding. Your Time Fitness™ offers both men’s only and women’s only fitness centers. One major difference in their facilities is the technology that allows members access to the facility 24 hours a day.

They use a fingerprint technology that eliminates card or key sharing. Their security system allows members to see it is safe before leaving the building and the building locks itself and turns off the lights. Some center owners can work as little as 20 hours a week and yet enjoy the income from a 24 hour business.

The advantage of owning a Your Time Fitness™ franchise is that you are in business for your self, but not by yourself. Franchising provides a national brand identity and a business system that helps new franchisees avoid the costs from mistakes that many new business start-up experience until they perfect a business model.

Here are some of the areas they provide assistance.

Your Time Fitness franchise will make lots of promises ,but provide zero support after they get your money. Biometric system does not work. State of the art security system is a $200 apartment system that you will be charged $7000 for. Run Run Run

Doug Priest who wrote the last comment owned the Your Time Fitness located in Baton Rouge Lousiana. Mr Priest opened his facility and decided not to pay any creditors which included his bank, lease agent, tanning vendor utility companies, franchise, but rather took all members money and ran and filed Chapter 7 Bankrupcy with over $359,000.00 in debt. The truth be told his company was doing very well and had 184 members after 3 months with no advertising , IN FACTmembers in the area were very sad to see YTF close due to Doug not operating his business per franchise rules.
YTF is a great company to own IF you want to work and make money. Doug Priest did not! and took his members money and did not operate his franchise. Sad but true. So thanks Doug Priest for the negative comment.
You may inquire for the truth with the franchisor. P.S.
Thanks for the new equipment Doug.

I checked out Your Time Fitness recently and spoke with a few people who have bought the concept. They all had very good things to say about the 24 hr concept. Your Time Fitness is now selling the concept with no franchise connection. They for a consultant fee help you establish your own 24hr club with no royalties. Everything from 24hr access system to the equipment is discussed for one low fee and no royalties. I know of 9 clubs that have done this and the owners all love the fact that they own a club of there own with help from and experieced franchisor. Check it out.
