Property-based franchise opportunities in the south look set to increase as estate agency Enfields turns its mind to expansion.
Following from the announcement that the company’s 2nd franchise operation has been launched in Portsmouth, south-coast based Enfields has opened the door to further applications from prospective franchisees.
According to Rob Mott, director of Enfields, ‘It’s a burgeoning environment and now is an opportune time to enter the property franchising world. As such, we’re encouraging would-be franchisees and ambitious high achievers to get in touch.’
Enfields launched its franchise scheme in 2006 for entrepreneurs wanting to start their own estate agency businesses. Franchisees administer their own branch operations, while receiving sales, marketing and administrative support help.
