Famous Dave’s Names New COO

Famous Dave’s of America Inc. has named Christopher O’Donnell to the position of chief operating officer, the company said today O’Donnell had previously been executive vice president of operations at Minnetonka-based Famous Dave’s of America, Inc. (Nasdaq: DAVE), which owns or franchises 145 barbecue restaurants in 35 states.

In his new job, O’Donnell will have overall responsibility for company and franchise operations and relations with franchises.

Famous Dave’s also announced on Wednesday that Joleen Flory-Lundgren has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Training. Previously, she was a vice president.
