Homegrown Brixx Wood Fired Pizza is looking to grow by franchising.
The chain, featuring gourmet pizza, salads and sandwiches, also serves wine and beer and has grown to 9 Carolinas locations since opening in Dilworth in 1998. Offering franchises will enable Brixx to grow faster as others invest in opening new restaurants.‘It gives us an opportunity to reach some markets that otherwise we would have trouble getting to,’ said Eric Horsley, a founder and owner.
