Zpizza Signs On Red Wings Franchisee

zpizza.gifzpizza, the Southern California based gourmet pizza chain, signed a multi-unit franchise agreement with Red Wing franchisee Linda Su. She plans to open 3 zpizza stores in northwest California-the 1st in Palo Alto by spring 2007.

‘I’ve been a zpizza customer for a while and am continuously impressed with its gourmet, health conscious twist on traditional pizza.’ says Su. ‘The concept has done very well throughout California and I look forward to bringing it to this area.’

Often referred to as the Baja Fresh or Panera Bread of the pizza industry, zpizza takes a unique approach to the crowded pizza segment, offering a large selection of premium quality and creative pizzas. zpizza’s menu offers 17 tasty and adventurous pizzas as well as sandwiches, salads, calzones and the opportunity to create your own pizza with a selection of crusts-including whole wheat, sauces, cheeses and toppings.

zpizza has 60 locations open nationwide and another 200 in ongoing development in 15 states. The company expects to have 100 open units by 2008.
