East San Jose residential real estate brokerage Su Casa and its principals, Bic D. Pho and David C. McCain, are being sued by franchisor Century 21 Real Estate Corp. for failure to pay nearly $1.6 million in franchise fees, national advertising fees and other charges related to seven franchise agreements.
At the same time, Pho, the president of Century 21 Su Casa, McCain, the company’s secretary and chief financial officer, and Century 21 Su Casa itself are named as defendants in at least 19 additional lawsuits filed in Santa Clara Superior Court from 2000 to the present. The suits allege everything from fraud by agents to non-payment of bills for services or goods rendered.

Is there any follow up information on Su Casa’s predicament? Did they go out of business?
