The International Franchise Association has scheduled educational sessions about the implications of revisions to the franchise rule.
The Franchise Sales Compliance Summit is slated for Feb. 25 at the association’s 47th annual conference to be held Feb. 24 through 27 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
The summit will focus on franchise registration law and highlight compliance with the registration and disclosure process.
Ways to create an in-house compliance team and the impact on franchised small businesses will be discussed.
The franchising sector generates more than 18 million U.S. jobs and boosts the nation’s economy by more than $1.53 trillion annually.
