Quiznos Appoints Michael Elliott Executive Vice President Of Franchise Owner Assistance

Quiznos, one of the nation’s fastest-growing quick service restaurant chains, today announced the appointment of Michael M. Elliott as Executive Vice President, Franchise Owner Assistance, effective immediately. Mr. Elliott will report directly to Greg Brenneman, Quiznos CEO, President and Partner.

“Mike was the first person considered to fill this important position. I have known Mike for a long time and we are very lucky to have him join the Quiznos team,” said Mr. Brenneman. “His achievements creating value for franchise owners, particularly those facing key financial and growth decisions, have been well documented. He will strengthen our management team, and will coordinate the collaboration between operations, development and finance, to bring franchise owners a well rounded and complete solution to their issues.”

In this role, Mr. Elliott will spearhead the design and direction of Quiznos franchise owner assistance programs while supporting a number of strategic developments for restaurant profitability, including transfers of existing franchise owners to new owners, renegotiating and redesigning lender portfolios for franchise owner lenders, and the design of a multi-unit operator program.
