Universal Express Inc.today announced the completion of its franchise offering circular for our Luggage Express Associates Program (LEAP) which was submitted yesterday to all 50 State Governments and the required Federal Trade Commission for approval to commence our franchise sales, said Richard Altomare.
This 12 month project has been meticulously watched over and prepared by Francorp of Chicago, the franchise expert, so that in the coming weeks Universal Express should begin receiving State notices that we have approval to sell these franchised territories within their respective jurisdictions.
Only after State approval may we make available our 300 domestic territories at a starting price of $250,000 each. Some locations are substantially higher due to density of population, continued Mr. Altomare.
Our domestic franchise interest continues with daily inquiries and an already impressive waiting list. Our International campaign will commence only after Florida’s State government approves our LEAP application for Florida sales.
