Jim Miller, owner of The Cleaning Authority franchise in West Bloomfield, Michigan was named Franchisee of the Year for 2006. Awarded recently at the national convention in Kansas City, Missouri, the Franchisee of the Year is The Cleaning Authority’s most prestigious honor. In addition to the corporate
accolade, this award comes with a brand new PT Cruiser from Chrysler Corporation, complete with the corporate brand-identity package.

Jim opened his residential cleaning franchise in 2002 and quickly skyrocketed to one of The Cleaning Authority’s top performers, culminating in the 2006 Franchisee of the Year Award. According to Gary Cox, Director of Marketing for The Cleaning Authority, the 36-year old Miller has grown his business from start-up, currently employing 37 people and servicing a customer base of 650 homes. Cox says, “Jim Miller and his franchise operation is a model that all of our franchisees should emulate.” As a company, The Cleaning Authority positions itself as a premium national brand of residential cleaners, providing a superior level of customer service. “In four short years, Jim has built his business based on our service-oriented model. . . that’s why he’s Franchisee of the Year,” says Cox.
