Nutrition is being sacrificed for convenience at many of Melbourne’s CBD businesses.

Herald Sun:

Orders are often placed up to two weeks ahead and in extreme cases businesses are spending up to $250 a day on pizzas delivered straight to the boardroom.

Domino’s Carlton and St Kilda franchisee Craig Birchall says Fridays are peak days. One company had ordered about $250 of pizzas a day over the past 3 weeks. Mr Birchall said health-conscious customers were able to customise their pizzas.

However nutritionist Shane Bilsborough warned pizza should still be considered a treat.
