Baker Bros American Deli is planning to open 10 locations in the Houston area over the next five years.
Founded in 1999 by industry veterans Ken Reimer and Tom Dahl, Dallas-based Baker Bros American Deli specializes in specialty salads, gourmet pizzas and sandwiches on artisan breads. Baker Bros executed an exclusive area development agreement with Nitin and Sue Tarte for exclusive rights to the Houston market.
The restaurant chain currently has 12 units open and 20 more franchise locations under construction or under contract in Arkansas, California, Las Vegas, South Carolina and Texas.
