The franchise of Two Men and a Truck recently became ISO 9001:2000 certified.

The internationally recognized ISO 9000 designation means the company has proved there are consistent business processes in place and applied throughout the organization.
The company began the process in Jan. 2006 and has undergone periodic audits to make sure their practices are up to code.
Additionally, a business must prove they meet customer quality requirements and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction to become certified.
