Ovenu, the Chester-based professional oven valeting business, is expanding due to overwhelming demand.
Andrew Heaton, who launched his Ovenu franchise business in January 2005, has taken on a helping hand to meet the requirements of his ever-expanding client base.
Joining Andrew as a sub-contractor is Lee Bradbourn, 29. The former Production Associate, at Bentley Motors in Crewe, was a seat inspector with the quality car manufacturer. Lee will be operating Ovenu’s much needed second van, balancing the supply and demand ratio of the business.
Lee will attend calls in the area to offer support to Andrew’s growing number of customers. Experienced valeter Andrew will continue to lead the franchise, organising both his and Lee’s appointments.
Demand for the specialist service has grown rapidly over the past two years. The environmentally-friendly valeting service is now used in homes, social clubs, nurseries and B&Bs across Chester and the surrounding areas, and has even tackled the ovens of an army barracks.
The cleaning process takes around three hours, as key components, including the oven door, interior panels, shelves and fan, are all dismantled and cleaned with non-caustic products. The equipment is then reassembled, with the oven, hob and exterior all left in immaculate condition.
Andrew said: “The business is going from strength to strength so I decided that the only option was to expand to help me service my customers effectively.
