Tomato Growers Reject McDonald’s Pay Deal

The largest group of Florida tomato growers has rejected a deal between McDonald’s Corp. and an advocacy group that would increase pay for field workers.

Attorneys for the Florida Tomato Growers Exchange said that the deal could leave the group open to racketeering and antitrust lawsuits.
