The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) has partnered with McDonald’s Corporation to roll out the ServSafe Manager Certification Training Online Course and Exam to all McDonald’s U.S. restaurants.
The online course is self-paced and allows users to easily review key concepts from anywhere with an Internet connection. The online course helps prepare employees for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam by incorporating audio and video instruction with interactive exercises that simulate real-life scenarios.
