I love the 24hr concept it is a growing market in the United States today but I have a problem with companies that tell the new owner that you only have to work 20 hours a week. This is just not true. A successful business must staff a business 40-60 hours a week to be successful long term. Sure it a great way to sell a franchise to a person who does not want to work and run around the country traveling, but it is a lie. Operating a business is the most rewarding and yet the most challenging thing you will ever do, so do not be fooled. Thinking you will not have to work more than 20hrs a week will lead you to Bankrupcy quicker that you can blink. Rent on average is $18,50-25.00 a sq ft. So rent will be min$46,250. year or more. The average cost to run a fitness club is $100.K yearly so you will have to work hard and smart. GOD Luck.
