Noble Roman’s Signs Ventura County Area Development Agreement

Noble Roman’s Inc. has signed an Area Development Agreement for 18 units for its dual-branded concepts, Noble Roman’s Pizza and Tuscano’s Italian Style Subs, for Ventura County, Calif. The agreement includes a development schedule requiring the 18 new franchise locations to be built within the next five years.

The territory covered by the development schedule has a population of approximately 753,000 people.
