Two Colorado companies were winners in a recent customer-service survey by the Corporate Research International market research firm.
The Chipotle Mexican Grill and Quiznos Sub restaurant chains of Denver ranked second and third, respectively, in the survey’s fast-food restaurant category. The No. 1 restaurant brand in that category was Subway.
Ohio-based Corporate Research International, known largely for its mystery-shopping services, produces the RealPeopleRatings survey each quarter. The study “illustrates the importance of brand image and customer perception,” according to the research company.
Owned by Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. (NYSE: CMG), the Chipotle franchise offers “gourmet” burritos and tacos served in fast-casual restaurants.
