Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc. announced that it opened its 10th Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant in Las Vegas, as it continues to expand the concept.
The new restaurant features 2,700-square-feet and seats up to 60 guests. The menu ranges from signature sandwiches, fresh baked breads, home-style soups, tempting sweets, artisan roasted coffee and its award-winning bagels. This restaurant is one of several new Einstein Bros. locations planned to open across the nation in 2007.
