Made In Japan Teriyaki Experience plans to open 600 U.S. restaurants in the next 5 years and is seeking franchisees for the concept. The chain was founded in 1986 and has 106 locations internationally.
The company features a health-conscious, Asian-inspired menu and a ‘dinertainment’ experience. Foods are cooked while customers watch and offer noodles, steamed rice, fresh vegetables, bean sprouts, tofu and a variety of meats, all cooked with water instead of oil.
