NINETEEN O One Sdn Bhd (1901), Malaysia’s hot dog specialist, targets 20 per cent increase in revenue after its rebranding exercise. The company also plans to expand to Middle East and other Asian countries.
“We plan to expand our 1901 franchising in the Middle East and Asian countries like China and Thailand in the next 12 to 24 months as we believe there is strong demand for halal food in the world,” chief executive officer Tengku Rozidar Tengku Zainol Abidin said.
Speaking to the media in Petaling Jaya yesterday, she said the rebranding launched yesterday includes changes to outlets, positioning, products, logo and target market.
“Our new positioning is ‘Food For Friendship’, where we are focusing on how to build a good relationship with the customers. We promote ‘Celebrate Togetherness, Unite for Peace and Respect Our Differences’ among people in the world,” she said.
