Caesars Utah LLC was accused of allowing teens to use dough mixers, which are defined as hazardous, and violating limits on work hours, the agency said.

Kids who are 14 or 15 can work in certain jobs outside school hours, but not before 7 a.m. or later than 7 p.m. They can work until 9 p.m. in summer. They cannot work more than three hours on a school day and 18 hours in a school week.

Kids under 16 cannot be employed in cooking and baking, the government said.
