Obee’s Franchise Systems Inc., the operator of Obee’s Soup-Salad-Subs restaurant chain, said it will open a location in Greensburg, the first for the chain in western Pennsylvania.
Obee’s is a fast-casual restaurant with a menu focused on soups, salads and subs. The publicly traded chain (Pink Sheets: OBFM) has its headquarters in Port Charlotte, Fla.
Obee’s is planning 20 restaurants in Westmoreland, Indiana and Cambria counties in Pennsylvania, company president Peter Brown said. The first location will open in about 60 days, Brown said.
