Boston Pizza Searching For Franchisee For Planned Portage Place Restaurant After Original Franchisee Pulls Out

A Boston Pizza is still coming to the city’s north end, company officials said.

Construction of the restaurant at Portage Place has been delayed while the company searches for a franchisee for the new location, Boston Pizza marketing director Wendy Hendry told The Examiner.

The original franchisee for the city’s second Boston Pizza pulled out of the project, she said. The company won’t reveal the franchisee’s name.
