Real estate franchisor Realogy Corp. said Thursday it’s posting its residential property listings on Yahoo (NASDAQ:YHOO) Inc.’s real estate Web site to better capture the online home buyer.
The company will post more than 700,000 listings from Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA and Sotheby’s International Realty.
Realogy also will contribute listings to niche real estate search site LakeHomesUSA.com.
The company said the moves reflect the changing marketplace where 80 percent of all property searches begin online.
