Leading Greek food and dairy group Vivartia has announced that it has sold its 24% stake in Dodoni Ice Cream S.A., for approximately 5 million euro to the investment arm of the National Bank of Greece Group.
Last week, FLEXNEWS reported that buyout firm Marfin Investment Group increased its stake from 57.8% to 60.94%. Marfin said it would make a public offer to buy all the remaining shares it does not own in the Greek food firm.
