Canadian cosmetics company Faces Cosmetics PLC said it has signed two new franchise agreements, one each in the US and Canada, which will provide the immediate benefit of initial signing fees.
Faces Cosmetics said it has sold an additional franchise in the Dallas area to an existing franchisee and expects that the new store will be opened in early 2008.
The company also said that it has completed the sale of a retail outlet in Toronto,
