KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Bhd (KFCH) and its associate company, QSR Brands Bhd have executed development and international franchise agreements with Yum! Restaurants Asia Pte Ltd to develop KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants in Malaysia and Brunei.
In separate statements to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, KFCH and QSR said Yum! Restaurants had been granted the right to develop the restaurants for the next three years with a term of franchise of 10 years from the date of opening or renewal thereof of each KFC and Pizza Hut outlet.
