Aroma Café has been named the WA Emerging Franchise System of the Year at the PricewaterhouseCoopers Excellence in Franchising Awards.

To be eligible for the award, a franchise had to have been in operation for at least three years; been operating in at least two states; and have at least 20 outlets. Aroma Café opened its first store in Hay Street, Perth, in 1996; it now boasts 28 cafes in WA and nine in South Australia.

“We work hard to create lasting relationships with our franchise partners, suppliers and the community. We are extremely grateful for this recognition and would like to thank PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Franchise Council of Australia for their support,” said director Robert Mule.
